Hi, I’m Kristina.
I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complex transitions, deepen their self-awareness, and uncover an inner sense of belonging.
My practice centers on guiding clients through the terrain of chronic illness, grief in its many forms, and questions of meaning, purpose, and identity.
Whether you are navigating inherited family beliefs, processing systemic dynamics, or seeking to shed assigned roles, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you connect with your inherent wisdom. More than seeking an absence of suffering, our work together is about fully becoming who you already are.
My Approach
I balance practical, goal-oriented strategies with a deep, contemplative exploration of your inner landscape. Our work may incorporate psychodynamic insights, narrative techniques, and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practice. I use my clinical framework to help you see through the noise and begin to tend to your deepest suffering.
For the seeker ready to step off well-worn paths to reconnect with the fundamental wisdom of the body.
